Jackie specializes in providing Individual, Couple and Family Therapy. Using the Adult Attachment Model, Cognitive Behavioral and a Tauma Informed approach, she works with clients to understand how their interpersonal experiences both past and current, contribute to and shape the way they view themselves and interact with others. By viewing the client’s life experiences through an attachment lens, Jackie helps clients to gain awareness and shift patterns that impact facets of daily life. She also helps clients develop strategies and solutions that promote healing and emotional wellness. Her goals include improving communication, conflict resolution skills and self worth.. she is welcoming in her practice and excited to share her expertise with others.

Dani brings a compassionate, grounded counselling style to our Grande Prairie Clinic. Her practice is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and a deep respect for the strength and resilience of persons and communities she serves.
Dani is especially passionate in supporting youth, marginalized communities, and 2SLGBTQ+ communities. Her diversified background includes outreach work, assisting those navigating addiction, as well as Indigenous-focused programs. Her approach is relational, strengths-based, and rooted in the conviction that real healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and empowered to reclaim their story.
Deborah Luciak
Msc, RMFT, RSW, Clinic Lead
Deb takes special interest in assisting others to explore and gain what they need to grow and heal. She works with individuals, couples, families, students of Therapy and workplace sites. She uses Structural Therapy as a foundation to her Therapy and works hard with her client’s to gain more emotional health & well being. Over the past 30 years she has dealt and assisted with minor to major issues such as self worth, conflict, anger, communication, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, workplace issues. Deb’s style is collaborative in nature and is compassion based with what she does.
Terry Mah
MA, RCT, CCC, CSAT, CMAT, RMFT
Terry provides a safe, confidential and caring environment to talk and work through struggles in life and relationships. Terry believes in developing greater self-compassion, a deeper understanding of self, and awareness of the impact of the context of our lives on how we relate to ourselves and others. Terry consults with individuals and couples on a variety issues such as depression, anxiety, addictions (drugs, alcohol, gambling, love, and sex), trauma, parenting, and relationship issues. Terry uses a variety of counselling approaches including narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, EMDR, and family systems therapy.
Blaine Findlay

Blaine specializes in Individual, Couple & Family therapy. He works with an electic framework based on Transpersonal Psychology, as an umbrella with Family System Theory, CBT, Existentialism, Solution focused theory & Feminism. Blaine also has a strong skill set with working with individuals with developmental/learning & acquired brain injury & mental health conditions.
Kelly Jorgenson

Kelly’s respectful, empathetic, and collaborative approach can assist with life challenges that may be presenting and affecting yours and your family’s well being and sense of self. Kelly has worked in the mental health/ counselling field for over 20 years and is a Counselling Therapist as well as an IFS informed Therapist that assists with trauma, anxiety, and depression. She also uses Family Systems Therapy; Relational life therapy; Solution focused Brief Therapy; Narrative therapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy and Gottman couples practices and strategies.
Rahul James

Rahul is a compassionate counsellor specializing in trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional well-being. He is trained in a range of approaches, including EMDR, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Safe and Sound Protocol, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and Individuals (EFCT and EFIT Levels 1 & 2), and the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2).
Specializing in EMDR, EFT, and Somatic Experiencing, Rahul provides a safe and supportive environment to help clients explore emotional wounds and develop strategies for emotional regulation, relationship enhancement, and personal growth. Rahul is passionate about empowering individuals and couples to overcome challenges and achieve lasting change. By tailoring sessions to each client’s goals, he fosters resilience, self-awareness, and healing.

Dawn is a Marital and Family Therapist with close to 17 years of experience who specializes in working with individuals, couples, families and students of therapy within a family systems framework. Dawn works with the underlying goal to support people to better understand themselves and their dynamics to create interpersonal healing and fulfilling relationships.
Iska Hollman
BA (Thanatology), MACP
Iska offers compassion, and her lifelong learning to others dealing with stress in their lives. She is aligned with Humanistic psychology and has an Existential foundation with a focus on Solution-Focused, Narrative, CBT, and Self-compassion/mindfulness techniques. Iska is excited to work with diverse Clients and situations. Iska has worked in varying capacities in the area of grief and loss and brings these experiences into her practice at Luciak Counselling. She believes grief work and self-compassion are important steps to navigating life transitions. She is looking forward to providing therapy for individual, couple and family attending our clinic.

Kelsey is a dedicated social worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across a range of sectors, including disabilities, addictions, mental health and corrections. She has held multiple roles within Children’s Services, where she supported children, youth and families through complex and high-needs situations. Kelsey is a Play Therapy Intern through the Canadian Association for Play Therapy and holds Level One training in Theraplay®, an attachment-based family therapy that uses playful, structured interactions to strengthen parent-child relationships.
She is currently an intern in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) program at Yorkville University. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a deep belief in each person’s inherent capacity for growth, resilience, and healing.

Using a strength-based, humanistic approach, Nadia works collaboratively with clients to honour their experiences, identify goals, and foster meaningful, sustainable growth. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and supporting insight, healing, and resilience in a way that feels safe and authentic.
